“Going from just selling myself to managing teams of people who all sell differently has been the hardest,” he admitted. “There were plenty of days, weeks, or even months where I questioned whether I was built for this. Whether I’d ever be good enough to lead.”

“I didn’t spend over $1,000 a month on personal lifestyle expenses until I was on pace to make $300K a year,” he said. That discipline, forged through years of grit and humility, allowed him to invest early and stay grounded.

“Getting the capital and having the confidence that I knew enough to buy my first property was a huge mental hurdle,” he said. “But I knew that once I got one, the rest would follow.”

His current target? $10,000 a month in passive income through real estate—enough to give him complete time freedom and a platform to inspire others.

Behind every late night, every sale, and every investment strategy lies a deeper motivation: his parents.

“My parents are my inspiration,” Ayden said. “My long-term goal since I’ve started in entrepreneurship and sales has always been to retire them. Coming from where we came from and being where we are now—it’s nothing short of extraordinary.”
