Paris restaurateurs Noman and Farhan Nawaz, creators of Mayfair Garden, Paris’s first Indian-Pakistani fine dining establishment, announce their expansion to Dallas. The brothers’ Mediterranean-Indian fusion concept brings their acclaimed culinary expertise to American diners while maintaining their commitment to quality and authenticity.
Renowned culinary entrepreneurs Noman and Farhan Nawaz, founders of Paris’s celebrated Mayfair Garden, announce their first international expansion with a new restaurant concept in downtown Dallas, Texas. The brothers, who created the first Indian-Pakistani fine dining destination near the Champs-Élysées seven years ago, will introduce their new Mediterranean-Indian fusion cuisine to American diners later this year.
“We have seen how our Mayfair Garden food resonates with people worldwide,” said Executive Chef Noman Nawaz. “Dallas represents an exciting opportunity to explore our culinary vision in a new format while maintaining the authenticity and craftsmanship that defines our brand.”
A Culinary Legacy Crosses Borders
Since opening in 2017, the Nawaz brothers have transformed Mayfair Garden into a Parisian culinary landmark. Chef Noman, who honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout France before refining his approach to Indian cuisine in London, brings technical precision to traditional South Asian flavors. His brother Farhan contributes expert operational command and an unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality.
Their Dallas venture will introduce a street-inspired concept designed for broader market appeal while preserving the meticulous attention to detail that has made Mayfair Garden a destination for discerning diners. The new restaurant will feature a streamlined menu emphasizing accessibility and efficiency without compromising the brothers’ exacting standards.

Strategic Expansion Built on Success
This international growth comes at a strategic moment, aligned with industry projections. According to a 2025 report, global demand for premium ethnic cuisine is expected to rise by 7.7 percent during 2025-2033.
The brothers will incorporate locally sourced Texas ingredients while maintaining the signature spice blends that distinguished their Paris establishment. Seasonal menu changes will reflect regional produce availability and their steadfast commitment to freshness, a cornerstone of the Mayfair Garden experience.
“Opening Mayfair Garden in Paris taught us that our food has a place in fine dining,” said Farhan Nawaz. “Now we are learning how it can thrive in more casual environments. This is just the beginning. We are not trying to build restaurants. We are trying to build something people remember, whether in Paris or Dallas.”
The new restaurant is scheduled to open in late 2025. Additional details about the location, menu, and opening date will be announced soon.
