2425 W. Loop South, a property owned by Houston Real Estate entrepreneur Ali Choudhri’s Jetall Capital, announces entire floor leased by DC Partners.

November 1, 2022 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based real estate & investment entrepreneur Ali Choudhri, CEO of Jetall Capital, is proud to announce the company has signed a new multi-year lease agreement with Houston-based W. Main Management, LLC (DC Partners), to lease an entire floor of beautifully designed space at 2425 West Loop South, in a multi-year agreement. The Class A property boasts nearly 300,000 square feet of pristine office space and features a range of modern amenities such as internet-ready suites, retina-scanning elevator access, soaring window-view lobby, gym access, conference rooms and access in walking distance from Galleria and Uptown Park. 

 Houston’s real estate market has been on the rise in recent years, with a strong demand for both commercial and residential properties.
